In this course Bram will handle topics such as:

• Vector-specific training & Horizontal force production
• Velocity based training
• Program design & periodisation
• Ballistics & plyometrics
• Biomechanical function & exercise selection
• Brain training
• Prehab & activation

Learning goals:

• The professional gains more insights into the above topics
• The professional integrates these insights into a coherent image with regard to Performance training
• The professional is able to test and implement these insights in his/her own practice
• The professional learns to link theory to practice. He/she can act evidence-based and at the same time is able to implicitly offer this exercise material
• The professional learns to apply this 'Bram Swinnen Method' in a sport-specific (in this case football) context.
• After the course, the professional is better able to estimate the objective and intensity of the exercises in function of the methodology and to demonstrate in practice

KMO-p:

• Kostprijs 2-day Performance course is 795€ (incl. BTW)
• We hebben 2 soorten tickets: 1 met en 1 zonder KMO-P.
• Indien je in aanmerking komt voor de KMO-Portefeuille, betaal je bij inschrijving 138 euro. (=BTW-bedrag waarin KMO-P niet tussenkomt). Dit is een verbintenis met Integrated Performance Training. Restitutie is niet mogelijk.
• Je krijgt in de dagen na inschrijving een factuur van Integrated Performance Training van 657 euro (bedrag excl. BTW).
• Sodexo: Hiervan betaal je 495 euro (70%) aan Sodexo. Namelijk 657 euro – 30% (197,1)
• KMO-P stort jou 197,1 euro, zodoende komt er in totaal (197,1 + 459,9) = 657 euro in je KMO-Portefeuille
• Eenmaal je per mail melding krijgt van de Vlaamse Overheid, is dit bedrag nog niet betaald aan Integrated Performance training. Hiervoor meld je u terug aan via KMO-P, en klik je bij je project op betalen.
